About the role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, detail-oriented Web Designer to help shape and maintain our digital presence. This role focuses on creating clean, accessible, and user-friendly website experiences that reflect our mission and make information easy to find.
You’ll work on a mix of design updates, new page builds, and ongoing improvements across our sites.
What you’ll do
- Design and build new pages using WordPress and Elementor
- Maintain and update existing website content
- Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, and branding
- Optimize designs for mobile and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate needs into clear web solutions
- Troubleshoot layout or display issues as they arise
What we’re looking for
- Experience with WordPress (Elementor preferred)
- Strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (enough to tweak when needed)
- Ability to manage multiple small projects at once
- Clear communication and a practical, problem-solving mindset
Bonus (nice to have)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Experience working with small teams or mission-driven organizations
