Arriving Home's roots are in administering and managing HUD contracts for PHAs. With a network of 8 Housing Authorities in North Dakota covering 16 counties, we administer Housing Choice Voucher programs for nearly 1,200 residents and manage 119 units of Public Housing.
We provides every function and position necessary to remain compliant with the HUD programs administered by our PHA clients. This Includes Executive Director, HAP Accounting, Wait list management, Voucher Coordinators, Inspector, Property Managers, and Maintenance staff.
When something breaks, leaks, or needs attention, we make sure it gets handled quickly and responsibly.
Our team of experienced maintenance technicians can tackle day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance Items, while our Facilities Director coordinates vendor relationships when more specialized services are required. We can serve as your full-service maintenance team or offer additional assistance as needed. Our maintenance team can manage 24/7 on-call as needed, or work within a predetermined schedule.
